Chloe was born and raised in Utah. In 2015, she graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree of Arts in Strategic Communication. While she attended, she was part of the Associated Students of the University of Utah, an intern at the Hinkley Institute, and awarded the Dan E. Jones Future Leaders Scholarship. She wanted to go into public relations and worked in that field for a few years before changing her mind and went back to school for another passion, law. In 2020, she graduated from Salt Lake Community College with a degree in Associated Applied Sciences in Paralegal Studies. While attending SLCC, she became a member of the prestigious Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

Chloe has experience as a paralegal and in litigation. She’s detailed oriented, a fast learner, empathetic, compassionate, goes the extra mile for her clients, and ready to take on any challenge that comes her way.

Chloe is an easy-going person and in her spare time, she loves doing yoga, cheer, cross stitch, and spending time with her family.
