Rachel Prickett is pleased to work as the firm’s legal assistant. As such, she has a variety of responsibilities from drafting legal documents to organizing client information to taking messages and all the little things that go into make an office of busy attorneys run smoothly.

For as long as she can remember, Rachel has wanted to be an impact for good in the world around her. A persistent life-long learner, Rachel is always asking questions and seeking to understand the nuances of every case. In fact, one of her favorite aspects of working at White & Garner is the opportunity to learn from the collective experience of every attorney at the firm and be part of a collaborative legal team effort to make a positive difference in the life of each client. At the very core of Rachel’s work ethic is the belief that everyone has an important story to tell and the right to competent and fair representation. That belief gives her a foundational commitment to efficient office and case management while providing personalized, careful attention to every person she comes in contact with. When she isn’t working, Rachel enjoys her university studies, trying new foods, going on long walks, and auto mechanics.
