Jay Darcy is one of the firm’s case managers. Jay brings a dynamic and diverse background to his role as Case Manager at The Garner Law Firm. A proud graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law and the University of Montevallo, Jay combines legal knowledge with a unique skill set rooted in investigative research, security, management, and education.
His sharp investigative instincts and attention to detail allow him to push cases forward with precision and purpose, consistently striving for the best possible outcomes for clients. Jay’s approach is proactive and results-driven, making him a valuable asset to both the firm and those it serves.
An Alabama native, Jay is an avid supporter of the Auburn Tigers, Denver Broncos, New York Mets, Indiana Pacers, and Philadelphia Flyers. When he’s not advancing cases or cheering on his teams, Jay dedicates his time to investigative journalism and advocacy work, particularly in the areas of sexual abuse and trafficking. He is deeply committed to raising awareness and pushing for tougher criminal penalties for perpetrators of abuse.
Jay shares his life with two beloved dogs and brings the same level of dedication and care to his personal passions as he does to every case he handles.
