Biography
Alex joins our Pre-Litigation team as a Case Manager, bringing a global perspective, a passion for advocacy, and extensive experience supporting individuals through complex and stressful situations. With a background spanning immigration law, social services, human rights research, and multilingual client support, Alex is committed to ensuring every client feels informed, empowered, and genuinely cared for throughout their legal journey.
Alex graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from Gonzaga University, where he studied International Relations, Criminology, and French. Growing up between San Diego and Mexico City shaped his worldview and strengthened his dedication to helping marginalized communities—an influence reflected throughout his professional path.
Alex began his career conducting human rights research between Copenhagen, Denmark, and Paris, France, focusing on migration, counterterrorism, and the laws of armed conflict within the European Union. He later moved to New York City, serving as a social worker supporting asylum seekers and refugees through trauma-informed care. After relocating to Colorado Springs, Alex worked as an immigration paralegal, guiding clients through complex and often overwhelming legal processes.
Proficient in several languages, Alex excels at helping clients feel understood and supported, regardless of their background. His empathetic and patient approach provides reassurance to those engaging with the legal system for the first time. He takes pride in guiding individuals through difficult experiences with clarity, compassion, and respect.
