Biography
Rachel Prickett Passey started working in personal injury and medical malpractice as a paralegal five years before law school. Now a recent graduate of the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, she is delighted to rejoin the firm as part of the litigation team.
Rachel attended law school to best learn how to serve the interests of the underrepresented. She volunteered regularly with the Pro Bono Initiative and served as the legal fellow for Utah’s first medical legal partnership with the Huntsman Mental Health Crisis Care Center. As a result of that service, Rachel is particularly excited to work closely with good people who never expected to be in the position of a plaintiff. Rachel is dedicated to improving the lives of her clients and providing the best result for their individual circumstance.
When out of the office, Rachel is probably reading political news with a massive bowl of popcorn.
