Biography
M’Kay Driggs is an associate attorney at the Garner Law Firm with a focus on injury law since January 2023. In his role, M’Kay primarily handles the pre-litigation portion of claims, guiding clients through the critical early stages of their case. From initial consultation to negotiation with insurance companies, M’Kay works to ensure that clients’ rights are protected and that they are positioned for the best possible outcome.
With a background in Economics and experience in trial and litigation, Mr. Driggs brings a strategic and client-focused representation to each matter. He understands the importance of clear communication and compassion during what is often one of the most difficult times in a client’s life. Unfortunately, M’Kay still suffers chronic neck pain of his own from a car accident that happened a few years ago. That experience makes M’Kay particularly empathetic because he know exactly what his clients are going through.
Before joining The Garner Law Firm, M’Kay Driggs worked on the insurance side of injury claims, which gives him crucial insights into the way insurance companies operate. M’Kay has had great success in negotiating claims, earning millions of dollars for his clients since joining the firm in 2023.
M’Kay Driggs enjoys playing chess, cooking, watching football, and spending time with his family.
